Technical Support & Warranty Claims

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with a machine purchased directly from Bella Macchina, please email our support address with your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue. Including photographs or a brief video of the problem drastically decreases diagnosis time.

Because we are an authorized retailer, your machine is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will either ship replacement parts directly to you, arrange a video call with a technician, or organize an RMA for factory repair depending on the scope of the issue.
