Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes. Bella Macchina is a fully authorized, direct retailer for all brands we carry, including La Marzocco, Rocket Espresso, ECM, and more. Buying from us ensures your machine comes with the full original manufacturer warranty and dedicated support.
How long does shipping take?
Because premium espresso machines are delicate, high-value items, they require specialized freight shipping. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Transit times are typically 5 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Note: Following recent holidays, factory processing has resumed and standard 7-day transit applies.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our web store is optimized for domestic shipping within the United States. If you require international freight for a specific machine, please contact our support team directly to request a custom shipping quote.
What happens if my machine arrives damaged?
We insure all freight shipments for their full value. If you notice visible damage to the pallet or box upon delivery, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and refuse the delivery if the damage is severe. Contact us immediately with photos, and we will dispatch a replacement machine urgently.
Do these machines require special plumbing?
It depends on the specific model. Many of our prosumer machines (like the La Marzocco Linea Micra or Rocket Appartamento) utilize an internal water reservoir and run on standard 110V/15A outlets. Commercial models and certain upgraded prosumer machines offer direct-plumbing capabilities. Please check the specification sheet on the individual product page.
How does the PayPal checkout work?
When you proceed to checkout, your order details are securely sent to our sales team. You are then redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely using any major credit card or your PayPal balance. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment is completed.
