2. Authorized Retailer Status & Warranties

Bella Macchina operates as an authorized independent retailer for brands including La Marzocco, Rocket, and ECM. Warranties provided on machinery are honored by the respective manufacturers or through our authorized network of repair technicians, as dictated by the brand's individual warranty guidelines.

3. Pricing, Errors, and Availability

All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD). While we strive for absolute accuracy in pricing and machine specifications, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Bella Macchina reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Due to the exclusive and low-volume manufacturing nature of prosumer and commercial espresso machines, availability dates are estimates. Backorders will be communicated promptly.

4. Fraud Prevention & Secure Payments

To protect our customers and our inventory from fraudulent transactions, we utilize secure, heavily vetted payment processors, specifically PayPal Invoicing. We reserve the right to delay the shipment of any order flagged by our security systems while we verify the identity and address of the purchaser.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bella Macchina shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the espresso equipment sold on this site, even if Bella Macchina has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Proper installation, maintenance, and power/water filtration are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
