Shipping Policy
Premium espresso machines require specialized handling to ensure they arrive at your door in pristine condition. Bella Macchina partners with trusted freight and courier services to transport your equipment safely.
Dispatch and Transit Times
- Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
- Transit Time: Deliveries within the contiguous United States generally take between 5 to 7 business days once dispatched.
- Delivery Method: High-ticket machines are shipped via freight and will require a signature upon delivery. Minor accessories and grinders may be shipped via standard FedEx or UPS Ground.
Freight Delivery Expectations
For large palletized shipments, the freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard freight delivery is "curbside" only. The driver will use a liftgate to lower the machine to the street level at the end of your driveway or property line. It is your responsibility to move the item into your home.
Inspecting Your Delivery
It is absolutely critical that you inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt. Look for tears, crushed corners, or punctured boxes.
If you observe damage, you must note "DAMAGED" on the driver's receipt before signing. If you sign for the package without noting damage, the freight carrier considers the delivery successful and pristine, which restricts our ability to file an insurance claim and offer you a replacement.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of the premium equipment we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your machine, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be in entirely brand-new, unused condition.
- The machine must never have had water introduced into its system.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, shrink wrap, and blank warranty cards must be included and entirely undamaged.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
Because these are high-value, heavy commercial items, returning a machine incurs significant freight and labor costs. All returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for the full cost of insured return freight shipping.
