Two stainless steel boilers ensure constant temperatures during simultaneous brewing and steaming. The saturated stainless steel brew group minimizes temperature loss and guarantees reproducible extractions – cup after cup.Via the manual flow profiling lever (bypass needle valve), you precisely control the flow and tailor each extraction exactly to the bean and roast.
Quiet technology & thoughtful details
Two quiet vibration pumps operate separately for coffee and steam boilers. The steam boiler can be switched off via a side button when not needed, saving energy. The powerful cool-touch steam wand delivers dry, strong steam for fine-pored milk foam.The hot water for Americano or tea comes directly from the coffee boiler – for better taste.
