The ECM Puristika single-circuit espresso machine with "Fast Heat Up" is the latest highlight from ECM. With its elegant anthracite design and the stylish blue manometer as well as expansion valve, it sets visual accents in every kitchen. The rounded housing presents itself in anthracite on the sides and stainless steel at the front.
The Puristika redefines itself through its reduced design: Unlike its predecessor models, it does not have a separate steam wand. This portafilter machine is exclusively designed for espresso extraction and offers you the ability to precisely control the pressure and temperature of the espresso extraction. Thanks to the PID temperature control, you can adjust the water temperature during extraction to the exact degree, while the expansion valve gives you control over the brewing pressure to enjoy your espresso according to your preferences.
The highlight of the Puristika is the innovative "Fast Heat Up" system. This program significantly reduces the machine's heating time by heating the brew boiler about 30 degrees higher than usual for 3 minutes to ensure a perfect brewing temperature. After a short warm-up phase, the water is pumped through the E61 brew group to warm it and the portafilter. After a short rest period, you can extract espresso at 92 degrees – perfect for enjoying a top-quality espresso.
