The Bianca V3 black is equipped with new software that allows you to control the pre-infusion thanks to the Low Flow function. Through the clear LCC display, you can make numerous settings, such as the temperature for the espresso and steam boiler, the Low Flow function, and the electronic pre-infusion. The integrated shot timer shows you the exact extraction time, while the water level warning system ensures that there is always enough water for the last perfect shot.
Energy efficient but flexible:
The Bianca V3 offers four energy-saving modes that provide you with maximum flexibility. The Always On mode keeps the machine always ready for use, while the Stand-by and Sleep modes save energy when the machine is not in use. In E-Mode, you can (de)activate the steam boiler as you wish.
