The NEW Fast Heat-UP Mode is a revolutionary feature that significantly reduces the heating time. Within just 3 minutes, the brew boiler reaches an optimal temperature, allowing you to quickly and easily enjoy your perfect espresso.
Thanks to the integrated Flow Control Kit from the factory, you have full control over the coffee extraction process. Adjust the water flow during brewing to shape the aroma and flavor notes of your espresso exactly to your liking.
The Pro 700 Drive features a stainless steel boiler with a volume of 0.75 liters for coffee preparation and a separate stainless steel steam/hot water boiler with a volume of 2 liters. This dual boiler system combined with the E61 brew group guarantees precise temperature control and consistently high quality of your espresso.
The integrated PID control with OLED display allows you to individually adjust the temperature of the two boilers. Monitor the espresso extraction time in seconds and adjust the parameters for a perfect extraction result.
Another highlight is the Eco Mode, which maximizes the machine's energy efficiency. With the automatic on and off function as well as the filter and cleaning reminders, you save not only energy but also time and effort in maintaining the machine.
